Who we are
How nice of us to introduce ourselves to you and learn a little more about CoachingMatch can tell. We are Esther and Dimitar, the founders of CoachingMatch. Both in business and private life, we are partners of each other and share the same passion: to be more meaningful for the future of society.
We are both primary school teachers and have also gained experience in secondary education. While working in education, we see daily how great the need for extra support and guidance is, in both pupils and teachers.
How did CoachingMatch come about and what can we do for you
In a world where the pressure on students and teachers is increasing, it is more important than ever to provide support. We have CoachingMatch founded with a mission: to improve the well-being of pupils and teachers through coaching and after-school activities. As partners and experienced teachers (Dimitar as a PE teacher), we understand the challenges you and your students face.
Onze coaching biedt niet alleen begeleiding aan leerlingen, maar richt zich ook op leerkrachten. Stress, burn-out klachten en ongewenst gedrag in de klas zijn helaas veelvoorkomend in het onderwijs, evenals rouw en verlies. Wij weten hoe belangrijk het is om een veilige en ondersteunende leeromgeving te creëren. Daarom leren we, samen met onze coaches, de leerkrachten om effectief om te gaan met ongewenst gedrag in de klas, stress- en burn-out te voorkomen en geven we hen tools om hun eigen welzijn te waarborgen.
CoachingMatch biedt ook een heel breed scala aan after-school activities. Of het nu gaat om coaching activiteiten, sportactiviteiten zoals balsporten, fitnes en vechtsporten, of om creatieve activiteiten zoals dans, kunst of musical, er is voor elk kind wel iets te vinden wat bij hem of haar past.
We believe that every student and teacher has the right to professional guidance, enabling them to spend each school day with pleasure and satisfaction.
